Every NODE game station is built for real use — not for a showroom. We stand behind that with a straightforward warranty on every product we sell.

What’s covered

Your NODE product is covered against manufacturing defects and material faults for 3 years from the date of delivery. If something breaks under normal use — not from misuse or accidents — we’ll repair or replace it.

What’s not covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
• Products used outside their intended purpose

How it works

If something goes wrong within the warranty period, contact us directly at nodeplay.eu@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. No forms, no runaround — we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Rentals

Rented products are covered for the full duration of your rental period. If an issue comes up during your rental, let us know immediately and we’ll resolve it.
